However, we have found one advertisement for a Knife Blade Automatic (System, Sept. 1913.) The Knife Blade pictured in the ad is identical to the Premier except that at the bottom instead of a clamp there is a base that stands on a desk. The ad states: "Where it is desired to have it portable, an enamelled stand is provided for fifty cents additional." Without the stand, the Knife Blade was $3. |
